Admissions

We are delighted that you are interested in our school and are considering joining the Hebrew Academy of Morris County family. The HAMC is a community day school serving children in early childhood education through eighth grade. We welcome families from all Jewish backgrounds and observances.

The HAMC is unique in many ways:

  • Our dual curriculum provides our students with an outstanding education in both general and Judaic studies with an emphasis on integration of the two curricula.
  • Our teachers are talented and dedicated. The strong personal bonds between our teachers and the students and families create a caring and supportive environment that allows students to flourish.
  • Our mission for our students is to foster a love of learning, intellectual exploration, personal growth, and respect for themselves and others.
  • Our graduates bring diverse skills to high school and college and become active young leaders in their communities and in the greater Jewish community.
  • Community Service and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) are woven into everything that we do and teach at the school.
  • We have over 40 years of experience in educating students.
  • We are a Blue Ribbon school and accredited by the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools.
  • We have a nationally recognized and endowed affordability program that helps to ensure every family can afford a day school education regardless of income. Our Base Grant Tuition Program “caps” tuition at affordable levels for moderate income families.

We invite you to explore the many benefits of an HAMC education. We understand the importance of choosing the right school for your child and your family and are available to assist you. Call to;schedule a personal visit and tour and experience the HAMC community first hand. We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you.
